Assembly Funding for Service Bodies now Available
The Region 9 Hybrid Annual Assembly is approaching quickly, and we want to make sure that financial challenges do not prevent service bodies from being represented. If your service body will need assistance to send representatives, please be aware that the deadline for applications to the Representative Support Fund is 2 July 2026.
This year, we will gather for a Hybrid Assembly in Poland. As we do each year, funding is available to help service bodies send representatives to participate in person, strengthening our connection and collective service.
Region 9 also offers support for service bodies that are unable to send representatives in person and may have difficulty covering the registration fee for virtual attendance.
We encourage you to apply if this support would help your service body participate. Every voice matters, and we want to do our best to ensure that all parts of our fellowship have the opportunity to be represented.
Please read the instructions carefully before completing the Jotform application.
Applications Due July 2, 2026
