Urgent call for Region 9 Assembly service volunteers
Dear Fellows,
We need your help to ensure that the upcoming Region 9 Assembly runs smoothly and remains accessible to everyone.
There are currently more than 30 service slots still unfilled, and we are asking members who are able to offer service to consider volunteering for one or more sessions.
The available roles include:
Primary Host: Managing the translation software during the session.
Tech Host 1: Managing the waiting room and renaming participants.
Tech Host 2: Muting and unmuting participants when required.
You can select the roles, days and time slots that you are available to cover. You do not need to volunteer for the entire Assembly. Offering service for even one session would be greatly appreciated.
Guidance and support will be provided, and volunteers will not be expected to manage their role without assistance.

The Assembly depends on members being willing to give service. Without enough volunteers, it may be difficult to provide the technical support and translation access needed throughout the event.
