News from the Literature Committee of the Greek NSB
Sharing a Successful Initiative from the Greek Fellowship – Weekly Literature Readings via Zoom
Dear OA Region 9 Fellow Members,
We wanted to share some good news from the Greek Fellowship (National Service Body Literature Committee).
For the past year, our Literature Committee has been running a series of live literature readings via Zoom, held on a regular weekly schedule, where members read passages from our OA literature aloud. As a tool within the Greek Fellowship, it has been wholeheartedly embraced and loved by our members, becoming a cherished, ongoing source of calm, inspiration, and connection.
Please note that these readings are conducted in Greek. We warmly welcome Greek-speaking members from outside Greece to join us as well. Out of respect for the copyright of our literature, no texts are shared or distributed, and the sessions are not recorded.
Event name: “Συντροφιά με κείμενα ΑΥ” (loosely, “Companionship with OA Literature”)

Given how positively received this has been in our fellowship, we wanted to share it with the wider Region Nine family – it may be a helpful example or resource for other fellowships looking for ways to bring literature-based recovery tools into members’ daily lives.

η Επιτροπή Βιβλιογραφίας οργανώνει σειρά ζωντανών αναγνώσεων μέσω Zoom σε τακτές ημέρες και ώρες, όπου μέλη μας θα διαβάζουν αποσπάσματα από τη βιβλιογραφία μας, δημιουργώντας ένα περιβάλλον ηρεμίας, έμπνευσης και σύνδεσης που θα μας συνοδεύει ηχητικά όπου κι αν βρισκόμαστε αρκεί να έχουμε τη δυνατότητα να συνδεθούμε διαδικτυακά!
