Service Coordinators – Welcome Letter

The Assembly will be held on the 18th of May from 2 pm to 7 pm UK time

As I have recently taken over this service position, I do not have many actions to report.

Here is a list of what has been done to date along and what is planned to be done:

• I have logged in the “Welcome Letter” email account and I have worked on updating the existing welcome letter.
• The approval of the final text is underway and then I will ask for help from the Translations and Interpretation Committee to translate it in as many languages as possible.
• I will begin sending the welcome letter to all new registered groups and service bodies as soon as possible.
• It will also be sending it to all groups and service bodies that have registered in oa.org in the past year.

I am very grateful for the opportunity for recovery through service; and I am truly happy to be part of this Region 9 wonderful group of trusted servants serving our fellowship.

I still struggle with my English, but I’m here trying.

I hope that every day I will get better and better.
