Committee Formation and Structure
The committee was formed with a dedicated team. The committee meets every two weeks to plan. These meetings ensure continuous improvement.
Website Revamp and Other Changes
In response to feedback gathered from the assembly, the committee conducted a thorough review and implemented several website changes. This has resulted in an improved experience and better alignment with member expectations.
New Theme and Site Rebuild
Recognizing the need changes the committee migrated the website to a new theme. This transition included a complete rebuild of the site, incorporating a more user-friendly design and updated functionality.
Regular Mailings
To keep the OA Region 9 informed, the committee has sent out regular mailings detailing digital initiatives, upcoming plans, and other relevant updates. These communications have played an important role in fostering engagement and transparency.
Assistance to Other Committees
In addition to our digital projects, the committee has provided technical and digital support to other committees upon request. This collaborative effort has ensured that all organizational units benefit from enhanced digital capabilities.
Canva
The committee has successfully obtained access to Canva, a powerful design tool. This resource has enabled us to produce high-quality digital content and streamlined the creation of visual materials for both internal and external communications. This is also available to Region 9 Committees and Service Bodies.
Future Motions
In preparation for the annual assembly, the committee has drafted and prepared three motions.

The Digital Committee has made substantial progress in transforming Region 9’s digital landscape. Through the review of feedback, a complete website overhaul, proactive communication efforts, and the acquisition of essential tools like Canva, the committee has positioned Region 9 for continued growth.
As we move forward, the committee will continue to build on these successes, addressing new challenges and opportunities to further enhance our digital landscape.
