The Assembly will be start at 8am on Wednesday 30th of September, in order to feel refreshed we enourage members to arrive Tuesday 29th of September in the late afternoon or early evening. The assembly will finish around 4pm on Friday 2nd October 2026. Convention will then start on Friday 2nd October 2026 in the early evening and finish no later than 2pm on Sunday 4th October 2026.

I would like to be a World Service Business Conference Delegate for the following reasons:
I would like to serve as a World Service Business Conference Delegate to expand my service beyond the local level and become more involved with Region 9 and World Service. I would like to learn more about the regions, OA’s worldwide service structure, and how different service bodies work together to support our Fellowship. This opportunity would help me grow in service, learn from others, and bring valuable knowledge and experience back to the members I serve. I see being a Delegate as an opportunity to listen, learn, participate, and serve OA as a whole.
Brief account of my OA recovery story – physical, emotional, and spiritual
I came to OA in September 2006 physically, emotionally, and spiritually very ill. I came simply to lose weight and say goodbye, but instead, I found a new way of life. Through OA, I have released 90 pounds (41 kg) and maintained a healthy body weight for 18 years. I continue to work the Twelve Steps and have learned that this program is about far more than weight loss. I need OA for my emotional well-being, spiritual growth, and connection with my Higher Power. OA is a priority in my life because it helps me become a better person, mother, wife, family member, employee, and trusted servant. I do service as though my life depends on it because, in many ways, it does. I would now like to expand my service to Region 9 and World Service, deepen my understanding of our regions and worldwide Fellowship, and learn how I can better serve OA beyond my local community.
