Motions Review Committee Report

The Motions Committee typically meets prior to the Assembly to review the submitted motions that will be discussed.

This committee consists of the Region 9 Chair, the Region 9 Bylaws Committee Chair, and our Parliamentarian.

For our Spring Assembly, three motions were submitted. We verified that all of the motions were clear and understandable and that they were in order according to the Region 9 Assembly rules.
