This motion was adopted by the Region 9 Assembly last year.
However, after it was submitted to the Word Service office and reviewed by the World Service Motions Review Committee, it was returned with several comments, recommendations and suggested changes. The Region 9 Bylaws Committee, after considering the feedback from the World Service, and with the approval of the Board decided to withdraw the motion, because the committee believed that making significant changes quickly could result in mistakes, unclear wording or unintended consequences. Members wanted to take more time, carefully consider the recommendations and make the necessary changes and bring the revised motions back to this Assembly for consideration.
