OA Poland National Service Board’s Invitation to Region 9 Hybrid – online and in-person – 2026 Assembly and Convention in Poland
The Assembly will be start at 8am on Wednesday 30th of September, in order to feel refreshed we enourage members to arrive Tuesday 29th of September in the late afternoon or early evening. The assembly will finish around 4pm on Friday 2nd October 2026. Convention will then start on Friday 2nd October 2026 in the early evening and finish no later than 2pm on Sunday 4th October 2026.

Dear OA members,
We are thrilled to extend our warm invitation to all members of Overeaters Anonymous, both within Region 9 and worldwide, to join us for the OA Region 9 Hybrid Assembly and Convention for the first time in Warsaw, Poland.
The OA Region 9 Hybrid Assembly will take place from Wednesday, September 30th until Friday, October 2nd, 2026.
This Assembly provides a unique opportunity for service bodies affiliated with our region and those who wish to participate to come together, share experiences, and strengthen bonds.

The OA Poland welcoming Region 9 Hybrid Convention will take place from Friday, October 2nd until Sunday, October 4th, 2026.
Event highlights:
- International sharing of service, experience, strength, hope, and recovery
- Opportunities for networking and connecting with OA members from diverse backgrounds
- Inspirational speakers, workshops and meetings focused on perseverance, faith and taking action to feed personal growth.
- And for the very first time, innovative interpretation facilitation, in possibly multiple languages!
