Region 9 Sponsorship Coordinators’ Report

The Assembly will be held on Sunday 17th of May 2026 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm UK time

The Region 9 Sponsorship Coordinators work to connect the members who are looking for a sponsor with available sponsors. To do this we maintain a sponsorship database and ensure it remains accurate and up to date. 

Over the past 12 months, Sponsorship Coordination has been on a hiatus while the Region 9 Board revised the Region 9 privacy and data protection policy.

Both Sponsorship Coordinators are currently taking time to familiarize themselves with the Region’s updated General Data Protection Regulation policy in order to be able to resume Sponsorship Coordination.
Alongside this, Luisa is reviewing and updating the sponsorship database to ensure it remains functional and aligned with current needs.
