Actions Summary:
- Prepared all expense claims for trusted servant sent to the treasurer email requesting supporting documents and banking information to arrange payment through the Region 9 banker.
Support Funds for OA Region 9 Service Bodies:
There are two support funds that help service bodies to send delegates to our main assembly and World Service Business Conference. We try to get as many people as we can to both of these activities. Service bodies that do not have enough funding would not be able to send anyone, this is where Region 9 steps in with assistance.
- There are three applications for the Representative Support Fund that helps service bodies to send representatives to our main Assembly 2026.
- Payments of £375 were made to the Delegate Support Fund recipients helping support ‘other service bodies’ to send six delegates to World Service Business Conference 2026. The Region 9 board decided to fund an extra delegate in full which meant we spent 4,592 against a budget of 3,000.
- Two Region 9 Delegates and a Trustee Nominee were funded from Region 9 to attend World Service Business Conference 2026. These delegates were within agreed budgets for these categories.
Website Digital Forms
Making an application for funding and expense claims are much quicker and easier to do thanks to our JotForms for Trusted Servants; Representative Support Fund applications and our new all purpose expense claim form.

Personal Note
I feel much more at home in my Treasurer position. I’m starting to get the hang of how to do this service position. I’ve been helped by many great fellows and the kindness offered to me to help me reach my service goals is greatly appreciated.
I find the challenge for me is the timeline for getting all tasks completed. There is never enough time to get it all done and to remember everything that needs doing.
Service is teaching me a great many things about our fellowship. It’s taught me how important good service is to keep OA flourishing.
