We Need Your Feedback: Choose the Online Workshop Topic for Late September

We are excited to announce that we are organising an online workshop in late September and need your input to select the topic that will be most useful for our community. Based on feedback received at last year’s Spring Event, we’ve identified several potential areas of focus. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. Your detailed feedback will help us tailor the workshop to meet your specific needs.

What topic would you like to deliver our workshop on?

• Service (difficulty in finding willing trusted servants in order to fill all service positions)
• Service structure
• Sponsorship (difficulty in finding available sponsors)
• Translations (help needed with organising translation committees and guidance in order to get funding for translations)
• Fellowship development (difficulties in retaining the members and growing the OA community in some areas; help needed with creating the Bylaws; some countries have only virtual meetings and need help with re-opening their face-to-face meetings)
• Public information / Public outreach

• Workshop Breakout – Hands-on training sessions where participants actively work through problems
• Roundtable Discussion – Informal, small-group discussions to encourage dialogue
