OA Literature published recently in Poland

The Polish Committee for OA Literature published translations of three very important books for the Community at the end of 2024: Anonymous Overeaters, commonly known as the Brown Book of OA, Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of OA, and Body Image, Relationships and Sexuality.
Each of these books carries a huge dose of strength and hope for recovery for every compulsive eater, and each does it in its own way.
Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of OA is work on the Program with the possibility of using materials developed by recovering compulsive eaters and an opportunity to analyze the Steps and Traditions through the prism of eating disorders, which is a great support on the difficult path of recovery.
The Brown Book of OA provides an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the experiences of recovering compulsive eaters, and in particular with the story of Rozanne, the founder of OA, as well as with the opinions of healthcare workers who have supported our Community for years.
Body Image is an extraordinary collection of stories of foodaholics, connected by the theme of perceiving one’s own body in the context of our illness, as well as its impact on relationships and sexuality of people addicted to compulsive eating. These experiences are very moving, and yet they flow with hope, acceptance and strength.
We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to use OA’s literature, which helps us find peace and serenity every day, just for this one day.
