News & Announcements Coordinator Role

We have officially transitioned into the newly created News & Announcements Coordinator position, replacing the Newsletter Coordinator role.

Bridging Emails and Blog into One Cohesive Voice

Historically, updates have been scattered across periodic email blasts and occasional blog posts, with no single, consistent outlet. We never really had a constant newsletter, instead, we relied on whatever content could be mustered for emails or a special newsletter after assembly. Feedback made it clear that our membvers wanted a reliable source of news and updates.

What the New Role Entails

As News & Announcements Coordinator, the Trusted Servant, a member of the Digital Committee will:

• Centralize content creation*, gathering news items, project updates, and upcoming events.
• Establish a regular cycle, ensuring members know when and where to expect updates.
