OA Region 9 Board’s Invitation to
Region 9’s Spring Assembly 2025
Thriving in Connection

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to our OA Region 9 Spring Assembly 2025 that will be held virtually on Sunday 18th of May 2025 from 2 pm to 7 pm UK time.

Following the decision, we took at our Assembly 2024 to establish a second Assembly during each year, this will be the first time our Region is holding a Spring Assembly. This second Assembly is a great opportunity to strengthen communication among trusted servants, to discuss and update our goals as well as keep our enthusiasm for carrying the message vibrant.

Our Spring Assembly will be held virtually, will only last half a day and have no registration fee. That gives every Service Body who is affiliated to our Region and those who wish to participate a great opportunity to send a Representative. Additionally, it is a great opportunity to attend as a visitor and enjoy the strength, hope and joy that our Region has to offer.

We, the trusted servants of our Region, are working so that we can have the maximum possible participation, now that technology can easily bring us together. We will try to reach out to all Service Bodies in order to discuss the possibility of your representation.

It is important to remind everyone that English is the official language of our Assembly, but we are doing the best we can to offer support for those who do not feel so confident with their English.
