Board Report – Secretary

The Assembly will be held on the 18th of May from 2 pm to 7 pm UK time

I’m Hafeze, a compulsive overeater. I’ve been in OA for 3 and half year. In 2024 I was elected as Region 9 secretary. I am honoured to be a part of our beloved fellowship.

As a secretary which is new in OA, I am just trying to see, hear and learn. In every board meeting, there are so many different ideas and aspects to be discussed.

My main responsibility is to write the minutes of the board meetings.

I also needed to write the minutes of our assembly in 2024.

I really appreciate the helps of each and every member of the board, our Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, and Digital Officer. I also thanks our parliamentarian for her support.
