The Bylaws Committee was formed by the Chair in order to review all the motions that were submitted for discussion in our OA Region 9 Assembly 2024.
The committee consists of the Region 9 Chair (Loudovika P.), the Region 9 Bylaws Coordinator (Adele) and our Parliamentarian (Sharlotte Green).
This year we have thirteen submitted motions and one emergency business motion, so, it was quite a lot of work to check that all the motions are in order according to the rules we follow in our assembly and above all that they are understandable and clear.
We did the best we could and hopefully everything is okay.
