9 Hybrid Assembly and Convention in Athens, Greece.
The theme this year will be: “Do you have a problem with compulsive eating? There is a solution for everyone. Welcome to Overeaters Anonymous.”
OA Region 9 Hybrid Assembly:
Our OA Region 9 Hybrid Assembly will take place, from Wednesday, October 30th, 2024, until Friday, November 1st, 2024.
This assembly provides a unique opportunity for service bodies affiliated with our region and those who wish to participate to come together, share experiences, and strengthen bonds.

Specifically, the event will take place in Glyfada, a beautiful suburb of Athens. Our venue, The Oasis Hotel-Apartments, offers a serene atmosphere just a short distance from the sparkling sea, providing the perfect setting for reflection, fellowship, and rejuvenation. Single Room:
Bed and Breakfast: €80 per night
Bed, Breakfast, and 1 meal: €90 per night

Please note that the above prices do not include the Environmental Fee, which is €7.00 per day per room until October 31st and €3.00 per day per room from November 1st onwards.
If you wish to come a few days earlier or leave a few days later, the prices will remain the same.

Transportation from the Airport to the Hotel:
By public bus (x96):
The Express Bus X96 departs right outside the arrival level of the Main Airport Terminal Building between Exits 4 and 5. The bus takes 30-40 min. to reach the hotel. The bus stop where you need to disembark is the “4th station of Glyfada”. The hotel is located just next to the bus stop. The ticket costs €6 one-way per person, with buses departing approx. every 20 minutes from Athens International Airport. Express Bus X96 operates 24 hours, departing every 20 minutes.
By taxi:
Approximately €60-80 for a one-way trip from the airport to The Oasis Hotel.
Metro, tram, and bus tickets in Athens: €2 one way.

The deadline for registrations for the Assembly is October 15th , 2024.
Convention:
