Brief account of your OA story: I was aware of the twelve steps programs but I haven’t been in any of them. Three years ago a friend of mine introduced CODA and OA to me. He also told me about his brother and sister in law and his mother who are in the program. later I met his brother and his sister in law we had a great conversation and they noticed about my disease and invited me to program. After a while I learn more and more about OA and feel more engage. after 6 months I started my services until I became a member of our IG.
Summary of your OA Service (including service beyond the Group level): As a member of Online Persian Speakers Intergroup I am a member of translation and planning committe, I also give service as an international public relations member too
Business and/or professional skills, or other experience/skills that you can bring to the Board: I have MA in English Translation, I am very good at technology and office
Why do you want to be a member of the Region 9 Board?: As a member of an IG which is in Region 9 I feel really that I need to be invovled in every part of the fellowship in order to learn and help and encourage all the members to help our fellowship to be powerful to help all our sisters and brothers around the world
